Agriculture, an integral part of our culture decides the direction of the country in terms of socio-economic development. Today, we have moved from traditional farming to use of automated precision methods to speed up tasks at hand. Technology has taken over our lives and farming is no exception, adopting changes which are efficient, accurate and productive, into its culture. Backed up by a young scientific community teaming with innovators and entrepreneurs, encouraged by the Government’s proactive policies to enable agriculture as a primary contributor to GDP of our country, the field of agriculture has never shown more promise.
Nova College of Agriculture Polytechnic Engineering under affliction of the ANGRA UNIVERSITY was established in 2011 dealing with three major courses at 10+2 level Agriculture engineering Polytechnic. with the aim to promote education, research and consultancy in the field of agriculture sciences. The college, apart from well equipped labs, has a team of qualified, dedicated experienced faculty members and expert technical staff that has been assigned responsibility to mould the brain of the students Nova college of Agriculture Polytechnic Engineering is an embodiment of this very spirit, constantly striving to provide transformative education, remunerative and sustainable research solutions to the contemporary challenges of the state’s farmers through committed one –to-one digital and personal connect.

Working with an extensive network of partners we offer the best in class infrastructure facilities at the campus as well as practical field to our students providing on field knowledge about crop production and crop protection we also provided one soil science mini lab which is useful to local farmers and maintained by Nova Agri poly dept.
